With over a quarter-century dedicated to the ever-evolving world of pharmaceutical manufacturing, my professional career began as a graduate from Purdue, armed with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.

My insatiable drive for knowledge and growth propelled me to pursue an MBA from Northwestern, an institution renowned for shaping global leaders.
​
I have held both domestic and global leadership roles over the past 15 years. Building teams around the globe has been one of my many career highlights. I have always been committed to delivering high quality service and setting the highest expectations for myself and my teams, continuously seeking next-level performance, a personal commitment to excellence and owning a proven track record of delivering results.
I have lived and worked across the United States and even drove across the country three times with my pups. From Indiana to New Jersey, Florida, New York to California, I am now based in Newport Beach, California. All of these moves have helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cost Efficiency: Slashed operating expenses from $53M to $37M through strategic consolidations, restructuring, and optimizing our operations.

Crisis Management: Successfully implemented Business Continuity protocols during the COVID pandemic and California wildfires.

Compliance Mastery: Addressed vital environmental regulatory issues and steered the site through two pivotal FDA inspections with positive outcomes. ZERO 483 OBSERVATIONS.
